Just last month, on October 17, an audience of over 300 listened as 50 high school students of the Frank Sinatra School of the Arts sat side-by-side with 50 members of the Astoria Symphony and performed a symphony by Haydn and the memorable "Sabre Dance" by Khachaturian. Every student sat directly next to a professional musician, learning and playing together.

•     Reduced-price private lessons with Astoria Symphony members for Frank Sinatra School students

•     Group workshops for Frank Sinatra School students with Astoria Symphony members

•     Three special rehearsal/workshops and 4 lectures with the Astoria Symphony maestro, Silas Huff

•     Master class demonstrations with composers, conductors, and musicians of the Astoria Symphony

•     Side-by-side performances with the Frank Sinatra School and the Astoria Symphony
